These terms govern your use of the North Dental Studio website, including the appointment request form. They don’t cover the clinical care you receive in the studio, which is governed by the consent forms you sign in person.
Submitting the form on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm every appointment by phone or email, typically within one business hour during studio hours.
Content on this website, including the “No Dental Anxiety” and treatment overview sections, is for general information only and isn’t a substitute for an in-person diagnosis or treatment plan from a licensed dentist.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule so the slot can be offered to another patient. Repeated late cancellations may be subject to a fee, disclosed at booking.
